California Geographic Information Association (CGIA) Board of Director Nomination period has been extended for 7 additional days, ending on Friday June 12th at 5:00 PM.  Please take the time to review the open board positions below and, using the attached form, nominate a co-worker, associate or yourself for an opportunity to serve the great GIS community of our state.
Open board constituency positions include:
- Federal Government
- City Government
- County Government
- Regional Governments and Districts (2 positions open)
- State Government (2 positions open)
- Education
- Private Sector Companies (2 positions open)
- Professional Societies and Not-for-Profits (2 positions open)
After you have filled in the nomination form please save it using the naming convention noted on the form and return it to Membership@cgia.org , being sure that you have the nominee’s approval first of course.
