USGS Cost Sharing for 3D Hydrography and Elevation Data Acquisition NOW OPEN – Webinar on 8/7 – Initial Deadline 9/13

The US Geological Survey (USGS) Data Collaboration Announcement (DCA) provides a mechanism for partnering with the USGS and other Federal Agencies to acquire high-quality 3D Elevation or 3D Hydrography (surface water mapping) data to provide the Nation with high-resolution topographic products to support a broad array of applications. The FY 2025 3D National Topography Model (3DNTM) DCA is now open. The initial deadline for project submissions is September 13, 2024. Project submissions received after the deadline will be considered for review after initial project selections are made.

USGS will host an instructional webinar on Wednesday August 7, 2024  at 10:00 AM Pacific Time to provide an overview of the application process, followed by a Q&A session. Registration is required.

For more information on 3DNTM and to register for the webinar, please visit the DCA Portal: https://www.usgs.gov/3d-national-topography-model/data-collaboration-announcement-portal
