The notes from the September 8 Council meeting are available at this link. Members voted to accept the Terms and Conditions of the integration with the California Geographic information Association (CGIA), and to change the name of this group to the CGIA Community Council. There was also a presentation on the GIS data important to the “call before you dig” dispatch system, workgroup reports on elevation, policy advisory, Next Gen 9-1-1 GIS Task Force, hydrography, and the State Plane Coordinate System 2022, and announcements of upcoming events.
