Hello everyone:
This a reminder that the USGS 3D Elevation Program’s FY22 Broad Agency Announcement (BAA) solicitation for cost sharing assistance for lidar projects is open, with proposal review coming soon.
The BAA can accept proposals for most of the fiscal year, through May 2022. However, 3DEP will begin an initial review of proposals received by 5:00 PM EDT on Friday, October 8, 2021. This initial review deadline has been moved back one week from its original October 1 date.
3DEP has also issued some further clarification on how lidar proposals should be submitted, depending on the applicant’s preferred contracting mechanism. Visit the FY22 BAA page (https://usgs.gov/3DEP/FY22BAA) and view the new “Navigate the 3DEP BAA” graphic.
New information regarding the solicitation (federal priority maps, links to template, additional FAQ, webinar recording, etc.) is added to the above site as it comes available.
