The 2020 Planning Committee welcomes the submission of individual papers, complete sessions, mini-workshops, and panel discussions. We welcome topics of interest at all levels, from beginner to expert. All proposals received will be reviewed and considered for the program.
Presentation Format:
- Complete session—Comprised of one subject covered by one or more presenters. The expectation is that the depth and complexity of the issue merits the longer time. A complete session is 90 minutes in length.
- Panel discussion —A panel is a 60-90 minute presentation which encourages interaction and discussion between the panelists and the audience. Panel presentations should include at least three panelists all speaking on aspects of a particular topic.
- Mini-workshop—A 90-minute seminar, forum, or tutorial presented by an individual or small team on a particular topic. Topics could range from a technical “how-to” to policy and governance.
- Single presentation—individual presentation that will be scheduled on its own. Each presenter is allotted approximately 25 minutes, including questions from the attendees.
Presentation proposals are due on or before September 23, 2019.
