Reminder about next Thursday’s CA GIS Council meeting (10-12 am, 3/8/18). I am very excited to announce next week’s informative CA GIS Council agenda. The meeting will include a presentation by Napa County GIS about how GIS data was shared and used for analysis during the NAPA fire in 2017, followed by a short summary of lessons learned at a related 2017 Fires AAR Geospatial Workshop held last month at the CA National Guard. Next, Nate Roth, DOC, will present about LIDAR activities and development in CA. In addition we will have workgroup updates, discussion of metrics of GIS Coordination in CA and more.
