2024 CGIA Professional Development Series #2: What Other Letters Can You Put After Your Name: Certs & Degrees in GIS (April 3rd)

CGIA is thrilled to announce our Professional Development Speaker Series and Workshop, aimed at fostering the growth of GIS professionals and enhancing career prospects in the industry. This session serves as a continuation of our initial discussion, which delved deeply into the advantages and disadvantages of obtaining a GISP certification. For session #2, we extend a warm invitation to the GIS Community and our members to explore the reasons why individuals might view your certification or degree program as a valuable alternative or complement to a GISP. Join us for our upcoming session titled "What Other Letters Can You Put After Your Name: Certs & Degrees in GIS" on April 3rd. We are honored to have distinguished speakers including Al Karlin, Ph.D, CMS-l, GISP, Bobby Viola, and Ruijin Ma, Ph.D.
