We hope you can join us for an update from California State GIO, Isaac Cabrera, on California GIS initiatives and a conversation about supporting new GIS professionals.
Isaac Cabrera, California State Geographic Information Officer
Before taking over the role of GIO, Isaac served as Geographic Information System Administrator for Contra Costa County, and prior to that served in GIS coordination and management positions with the Counties of Merced and Madera. He studied Technical Geography, GIS, Information Technology, and Computer Science at CSU Fresno and holds the Geographic Information Systems Professional (GISP) designation by the GIS Certification Institute. Isaac served as Chair of the California GIS Council.
