It’s delivered to us as a password-protected service, there’s a limit to the number of passwords we can issue, it’s also not a simple process to access in ARC, so we thought the best way to deliver it would be to clip it into 100k quad .tifs and make those available for download through a web interface. I’m working on that interface now, so until it’s complete this data will be available by request to me, john.carotta@state.ca.gov , by 100k quad name
