CalGIS 2015, the 21st Annual California GIS Conference, is happening June 1-3, 2015 at the Sheraton Grand Hotel in Downtown Sacramento.
If you have never attended a CalGIS conference, I think you would be pleasantly surprised at what a valuable experience it can be. On behalf of the conference committee, I encourage you to consider attending.
The Call for Presentation Abstracts is out and the deadline is February 2.
Participate! Â What have you been working on that you would like to share with your GIS colleagues and peers in California? Tips & tricks, research, success stories or cautionary tales?
Participation may come in a variety of formats including:

- Â Â Â Â Â Â Active Learning
Abstracts for presentations are due no later than February 2, 2015. For participation details and an online abstract submission form, visit www.calgis.org .
Christina Boggs is the 2015 Conference Chair, so you know it will be, as Christina says, “AWESOME!†The conference committee is hard at work putting together a program of workshops, keynote speakers, exhibits, presentations, and social events that will be inspiring, educational, and fun.
