The 3DEP website also contains the links and reference maps (with shapefiles) for looking more closely at various federal agency requirements and overlaps. https:\/\/www.usgs.gov\/core-science-systems\/ngp\/3dep\/fy19baa<\/p>\n
The first round of proposals is due Nov. 9, for projects we can consider given federal budget status and funding availability. The solicitation remains open throughout the year, and funds get added also throughout the year. Please note, we have implemented a new procedure (Attachment C) whereby you can request a preliminary Independent Government Cost Estimate (ICGE) prior to finalizing your proposal; we need several weeks to turn this around, so please plan accordingly. We are also shifting to the CONUS Albers Equal Area indexing scheme (Attachment B).<\/p>\n
