However, as per Council charter rules, the Vice-Chair must come from a constituency different from that of Council Chair Phil Beilin (i.e., not City Government).<\/p>\n<p>The election ballot is available at <a href=\"https:\/\/goo.gl\/forms\/oVz8KFFxjdrAEIvj1\">https:\/\/goo.gl\/forms\/oVz8KFFxjdrAEIvj1<\/a> .<\/p>\n<p>Voting will be open until 11:59 pm on June 30.
