The main objective of this study is to assess the accuracy of UAV photogrammetry and its potential to satisfy department of transportation (DOT) mapping requirements. A control site with 81 high precision targeted control points has been established specifically for this study. This study presents the analysis of a number of UAS aerial triangulation projects and analyzes their systematic errors using different software and ground control points schemes.
