Nominations for Executive Committee members were opened at the quarterly meeting on September 9. Here is the link to the Nomination form: https:\/\/forms.gle\/6S8waMaKTaxTBWcA6<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

As outlined in the Council Charter<\/a>, the Executive Committee assists the Chair and Vice-Chair in the governance of the Council “on internal business matters such as developing agendas for Council meetings, maintaining the Council website, supporting communications, holding elections, responding to requests from Council members or constituencies<\/a>, and establishing workgroups.” The Executive Committee comprises one representative from each of the Council constituencies, or an alternate designee for open constituencies. The term for the Executive Committee is one year, beginning on October 1 and ending September 30 of the following year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You may nominate yourself or another member. Anyone who is registered on the Council website is considered to be a member and eligible to serve on the Executive Committee. Register at https:\/\/cgia.org\/cagiscouncil\/<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Nominations close at 5:00 pm Friday, September 24, 2021.<\/strong> If needed, an election will be held shortly thereafter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
