The agenda includes a discussion of what we want the Council to be as we form a workgroup to do a 5th-year review of the charter and resume work on drafting a Strategic Plan.  The Council will meet in the Bonderson Building (Dept. of Water Resources) at 901 P Street, Room 221 (Creekside) in downtown Sacramento.
