Under the structure of the <a title=\"CA GIS Council Charter\" href=\"https:\/\/cgia.org\/cagiscouncil\/home\/ca-gis-council-charter\/\">Council Charter<\/a>, constituencies provide the representative structure for the Council&#8217;s Executive Committee.
