The USGS 3DNTM Data Collaboration Announcement (DCA) for Fiscal Year 2026 opens on August 6, 2025

The Fiscal Year 2026 (FY26)?3D National Topography Model (3DNTM) Data Collaboration Announcement (DCA) for the 3D Elevation Program (3DEP) and the 3D Hydrography Program (3DHP) is coming soon.? The 3D National Topography Model (3DNTM) initiative aims to update, enhance, and integrate USGS elevation and hydrography data to meet rigorous scientific standards and support data-driven decision-making across various user communities. The DCA offers a way to partner with the USGS and other Federal Agencies to obtain high-quality 3D Elevation or 3D Hydrography data, providing the Nation with high-resolution topographic products for a wide range of applications.

The same day, August 6th at 10:00 AM PDT, USGS will host an informational webinar to provide an overview of the FY2026 DCA. Registration is required; please see: https://www.usgs.gov/3DNTM/DCA

The initial deadline for project submissions is September 12, 2025. Project submissions received after the deadline will be considered for review after initial project selections are made. The FY26 3DNTM DCA will remain open until no remaining FY26 funds are available for obligation.

Additional information, instructions, and application materials will be available from the DCA Portal at https://www.usgs.gov/3DNTM/DCA
