Behrang Abadi, Digital Services Manager - City of Long Beach
Behrang serves as the Digital Services Bureau Manager for the City of Long Beach. He leads a team of technologists entrusted to provide technology solutions that improve the daily lives of Long Beach residents and staff. His current areas of responsibility include data and analytics, enterprise applications, GIS, and software development.
David Hansen, CEO - GeoJobe
Mr. Hansen is the CEO of GEO Jobe, which is an Esri Platinum business partner that serves over 10,000 organizations globally. Prior to his time at GEO Jobe, Mr. Hansen worked in a variety of areas of geospatial technology including predictive crime analysis, economic development, and GIS driven policy analysis. Mr. Hansen is a graduate of the Honors College of the University of Southern Mississippi where he studied Geography, Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, and Comparative Religion.

Joe Galarza serves as a Senior Program Specialist on ESRI's University Programs team, where he brings a wealth of experience and expertise to the table. Holding a bachelor's degree from the University of Redlands and a master's degree in Higher Education and Student Affairs from the University of Connecticut, Joe has honed his skills in supporting students and early career professionals.
Joe's experience as both a higher education professional in career services and as an early career program specialist allows him to support students and early career graduates with both industry-wide best practices and rewarding student programs.
Mark Greninger, GIS Manager - LA County Public Works
Mark Greninger holds the position of GIS Manager at Los Angeles County Public Works, where he leads a dynamic team of over 30 individuals dedicated to providing mapping and GIS support. His role is instrumental in ensuring the smooth operation of the largest Public Works agency in the United States.
Prior to his current role, he was the Chief Data Officer for the County of Los Angeles, as well as the Geographic Information Officer for LA County for 10 years, where he established the Enterprise GIS Program and the GIS classification series for the County of Los Angeles.
